Welcome

Laurens School District 56 is committed to supporting the health and well-being of every student. Ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment is one of our top priorities, and we work closely with families to promote practices that protect our school community.

To help prevent the spread of illness and maintain a safe environment for all students and staff, it’s important to stay informed about current health guidelines. We encourage all parents and guardians to review the district’s exclusion policies, which outline when a child should remain at home due to illness. In addition, staying up-to-date on required immunizations helps keep preventable diseases out of our schools.
